The project was delivered as a design-build project to augment the City’s water supply with desalinated brackish groundwater. The system treats three different groundwater well sources that have Total Dissolve Solids (TDS), nitrates and arsenic as the major contaminants.

SPI Role:
SPI was responsible for detailed design of the complete RO system from the chemical feed through the product stabilization. SPI was responsible for process development, membrane selection, RO skid procurement documents and blending strategies, design review of support facilities, and construction administration support and training.
